All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We strive to ensure that all prices displayed on the Site are accurate; however, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Coupon code: From time to time, we may offer promotional coupon codes. As of the publication date of these Terms, the code CABIN15 entitles eligible orders to 15% off eligible items. Coupon eligibility follows the rules stated at checkout, and the code must be applied at the time of purchase. Promotions may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

6. Orders and Payment

When you place an order on the Site, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including if the product is unavailable, if we identify an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraud or a violation of these Terms.

• Free shipping: On all orders over $45.00.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation, subject to product availability and payment verification. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with this policy.

Return window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. This is the only return duration we honor.

Return conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and part numbers intact. You must include your order number and a reason for the return. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe, typically 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

9. Warranty

Warranty coverage depends on the product and the brand. Each manufacturer provides its own warranty for its products. Please check the product details before purchase for specific warranty information. To the extent permitted by law, we do not provide any additional warranty beyond the manufacturer's warranty. How to Report an Authenticity Concern

Authenticity Remedy

If a product fails to be authentic, we will provide a full refund and a 15% store credit as an apology, and we will take corrective action against the supplier. This remedy is in addition to your rights under law. We treat every authenticity concern seriously and commit to a fair, prompt resolution. We also use the findings to strengthen our supplier vetting.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Desert Peak Distribution LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
